Outremont Borough, via Accompagnements fertiles
Finalized the borough's climate plan: integrated feedback from elected officials and the expert committee, and strengthened the evidence base. Wrote the final version and secured approval from senior management.

Supported the bid for the net-zero retrofit of a university building. Built the Energy Living Lab proposal: structured the research partnership and reached out to international experts and funding bodies, including the NRC.

How I work

The method is simple: the right questions before the answers, the diagnosis before the trajectory.

What changes from one mandate to the next is the problem. What doesn't change is the demand for measurable results, and the goal of making you autonomous.

Rigour without jargon
Scientific frameworks are starting points, not conclusions. I translate methodological complexity into decision-ready language.
Interdisciplinarity as a method
Biology, life cycle assessment, eco-design, urban planning… the value lies in the friction zones between these disciplines.
Collective intelligence
The best solutions emerge when stakeholders are at the heart of the process, not brought in at the end to sign off.
A network on call
Beyond my own expertise, I can bring in experts from my network to match the specific needs of each mandate.
